Our Pasture Raised Turkey Breakfast Patties are a blend of 70% dark meat and 30% light meat. They are delightfully seasoned with dry sage, kosher salt, ground ginger, cayenne pepper and allspice.

Bend the wings back and tuck under the breast. Place the turkey breast-side up and refrigerate uncovered in a pan for at least 1 day up to 3 days. Do not pat dry or rinse before cooking.
Ingredients: Kosher salt, organic sugar, dried thyme, rosemary, sage, paprika, black pepper, mustard powder, granulated garlic and onion powder.
