Buy in bulk and save. We offer individually bagged, whole, pasture raised chickens in a case of 10. Necks, Feet and Giblets are sold separately and not included with the whole chicken.
Dry Brine Rub
- A delicious blend of seasonings perfect to use as a rub or dry brine for either turkey or chicken!
Instructions: Stir seasoning mixture before using. Remove the giblets and pat the turkey dry. Using a hand, loosen the skin over the breast and separate it from the meat and rub the inside with seasoning mixture. Sprinkle the mixture into the cavity, onto the legs and skin. Bend the wings back and tuck under the breast. Place the turkey breast-side up and refrigerate uncovered in a pan for at least 1 day up to 3 days. Do not pat dry or rinse before cooking.
Ingredients: Kosher salt, organic sugar, dried thyme, rosemary, sage, paprika, black pepper, mustard powder, granulated garlic and onion powder.
