By customer request, we are offering a few fresh turkeys for Christmas! This is a reservation to pick up a (fresh) turkey on the Farm either Friday, December 22nd or Saturday December 23rd.
This is a Reservation for a fresh, whole or half turkey to be picked up at the farm the weekend before Christmas. There is no other pickup location or time for this reservation. If you wish to purchase a turkey for another time, please purchase one using this link.

- Fresh Half Turkey: 14 - 18 lbs.
- Fresh Whole Extra Large: 26 - 32 lbs.
We have some large turkeys left from Thanksgiving that we will process for Christmas. We can offer them in limited sizes... a half turkey and an extra large whole turkey.
Neck and Giblets (Heart, Gizzard & Liver) NOT included unless by request. A good rule of thumb is to estimate about 2 pounds per person you are serving.
Turkey Breakfast Patties

Our Pasture Raised Turkey Breakfast Patties are a blend of 70% dark meat and 30% light meat. They are delightfully seasoned with dry sage, kosher salt, ground ginger, cayenne pepper and allspice.
Dry Brine Rub
- A delicious blend of seasonings perfect to use as a rub or dry brine for either turkey or chicken!
Instructions: Stir seasoning mixture before using. Remove the giblets and pat the turkey dry. Using a hand, loosen the skin over the breast and separate it from the meat and rub the inside with seasoning mixture. Sprinkle the mixture into the cavity, onto the legs and skin. Bend the wings back and tuck under the breast. Place the turkey breast-side up and refrigerate uncovered in a pan for at least 1 day up to 3 days. Do not pat dry or rinse before cooking.
Ingredients: Kosher salt, organic sugar, dried thyme, rosemary, sage, paprika, black pepper, mustard powder, granulated garlic and onion powder.
This product is homemade and not prepared in an inspected kitchen.
