This is for a smoked, turkey half to be picked up at the farm the weekend before Christmas. There is no other pickup location or time for this reservation. If you wish to purchase a turkey for another time, please purchase one using this link.

- Whole Turkey starting weight is 10 - 11 lbs. and will be 6 - 7 lbs. finished weight after smoking
Giblets not included. Must be fully reheated before serving. Serve within 5 days after smoking or freeze for later. We recommend purchasing a Turkey Bone Broth to help retain moisture while reheating. Instructions are below and will also be provided at pickup which is either Friday, December 22nd or Saturday, December 23rd! We have a limited supply of turkeys because we can only smoke ten at a time.

Our Pasture Raised Turkey Bratwurst are a delightful addition perfect for outdoor grilling or the stovetop. We make our own seasoning of Kosher Salt, White Pepper, Milk Powder, Black Pepper, Ground Mace, Ground Ginger, Mustard Powder, Dried Marjoram, Cardamom, Coriander and Garlic Powder (no other additives).

Our Pasture Raised Turkey Necks are available in 3 pound packs and are great for making stock.
Dry Brine Rub
- A delicious blend of seasonings perfect to use as a rub or dry brine for either turkey or chicken!
Instructions: Stir seasoning mixture before using. Remove the giblets and pat the turkey dry. Using a hand, loosen the skin over the breast and separate it from the meat and rub the inside with seasoning mixture. Sprinkle the mixture into the cavity, onto the legs and skin. Bend the wings back and tuck under the breast. Place the turkey breast-side up and refrigerate uncovered in a pan for at least 1 day up to 3 days. Do not pat dry or rinse before cooking.
Ingredients: Kosher salt, organic sugar, dried thyme, rosemary, sage, paprika, black pepper, mustard powder, granulated garlic and onion powder.
This product is homemade and not prepared in an inspected kitchen.
